The Book of Rituals

Rituals turns everyday routines into personal rituals. After having taken a firm hold in the Netherlands, their philosophy is now conquering the rest of the world. Currently, there are more than 800 shops in 30 countries, and this number is still rising.

Rituals knows that its success depends on the skills and dedication of the hundreds of shop workers and therefore wants to realise a single platform for training, informing, and motivating its young, dynamic team fast.

The Book of Rituals is a co-creation we are mighty proud of. It is an innovative, data-driven platform that changes as the wishes and needs of Rituals develop. From the moment of onboarding to the final day of employment, it is everybody’s help and stay.

Within a year after the launch, the more than 6,500 users experience The Book as indispensable for the proper performance of their work. A magnificent compliment!

Two gold wins at LTAwards 2021

The Book of Rituals took home two gold wins in the categories 'Best learning platform implementation' and 'Excellence in the design learning content' at the Learning Technology Awards 2021. Amidst the glitters of the studded gala night in London, there were plenty of deserving entries we were up against.

Rituals and TinQwise were delighted to receive their recognitions for The Book of Rituals.

Business Cycle

Rituals is changing all the time. Therefore, the platform is closely connected with the business cycle. Two weeks before the launch of a new product or process, The Book offers digital modules about these innovations. Next, there will be workshops and practical assignments in the shop. In this way, employees make the smooth transition from knowledge to being able to doing, with natural and effective interaction with the customer as a result.

Rituals has its own team which creates, updates, and launches the content. This takes place in close collaboration with TinQwise, because didactic and innovative power are indispensable for designing training, creating motivation modules, and meeting behavioural challenges.
