The Book of Rituals

Rituals turns everyday routines into personal rituals. After having taken a firm hold in the Netherlands, their philosophy is now conquering the rest of the world. Currently, there are more than 800 shops in 30 countries, and this number is still rising.

Rituals knows that its success depends on the skills and dedication of the hundreds of shop workers and therefore wants to realise a single platform for training, informing, and motivating its young, dynamic team fast.

The Book of Rituals is a co-creation we are mighty proud of. It is an innovative, data-driven platform that changes as the wishes and needs of Rituals develop. From the moment of onboarding to the final day of employment, it is everybody’s help and stay.

Within a year after the launch, the more than 6,500 users experience The Book as indispensable for the proper performance of their work. A magnificent compliment!

Patricia Tang, Rituals

"We work in co-creation with TinQwise. Creating content yourself and being able to make adjustments quickly is brilliant. TinQwise helps us as a sparring partner and by creating modules, applying their thorough didactic knowledge in the process. We know where we stand, and we can cooperate well. The content is fantastic and inspiring and is suitable for meeting any learning objective you can think of."

The Book

As from your first day at work, The Book gives you some basic knowledge and something to hold on to. Do you want to know everything about a new product? Just refresh your knowledge? Train new skills?

The content is brief and concise and provides exactly what you need. The Book is your knowledge and learning centre and allows you to work on your personal learning objectives too.

The Book

Look & Feel

Only the delicious fragrances are missing. For the rest, however, the wonderful platform has the look, feel, and tone of voice of Rituals, so that the corporate DNA is transferred almost as if by itself. To tailor the content to the user’s personal needs and wishes, the content has been translated into eight languages. Your user experience will be unique, since your objectives and ambitions are leading.

Business Cycle

Rituals is changing all the time. Therefore, the platform is closely connected with the business cycle. Two weeks before the launch of a new product or process, The Book offers digital modules about these innovations. Next, there will be workshops and practical assignments in the shop. In this way, employees make the smooth transition from knowledge to being able to doing, with natural and effective interaction with the customer as a result.

Co-creation

Rituals has its own team which creates, updates, and launches the content. This takes place in close collaboration with TinQwise, because didactic and innovative power are indispensable for designing training, creating motivation modules, and meeting behavioural challenges. This co-creation leads to top results in terms of content and visual aspects.

Co-creation

Data driven

Joost Uitdewilligen, Creative Director at TinQwise: "With hundreds of employees, you cannot trust on intuition alone. A successful academy like The Book has a solid basic concept and then grows with the use of data. When do users open the updates? How long do they continue to watch the motivation video? What is their feedback? On the basis of this knowledge, we adjust the platform immediately. Otherwise, we would go about it haphazardly, and that’s the very thing we want to avoid."

Data driven

Scale-Up!

For a scale-up like Rituals speed and innovation are essential, for there is no other way to realise the pace of your growth. TinQwise provides the Qollab technology and the monthly updates to make The Book grow accordingly. Adjustments and innovations go live directly, allowing Rituals to keep up the pace. A challenge that keeps us alert, for speed may never be at the expense of quality.

Adjusting, improving, and extending The Book is an ongoing process undertaken by TinQwise and Rituals together. We look forward to the next chapter!
