PVH Play: The playing field of Calvin and Tommy

PVH is one of the largest apparel companies in the world, with more than 40,000 employees in 40 countries and a portfolio that includes Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

For these two brands, PVH wanted one central learning experience platform. They wanted to give all retail employees in Europe the same product knowledge, strategy, skills, and tools to perform optimally. And to encourage them to start a personal learning path - and who knows, maybe also a long career with PVH.

PVH Play uses playful elements that invites employees to develop continuously. Inside the platform, you set your own goals, discover your new talents, and seamlessly combine online theory with real-life assignments in store. You have direct contact with your team via the Social Timeline.

Sales and presentation skills, but also soft skills such as the Empathy & Curiosity module or the Unconscious Bias training. You decide where your trail takes you - no matter if it is a part time side job, or the start of a booming career at PVH.

The platform invites you to play with your development. For example, by solving challenges in the workplace, this platform makes the knowledge from modules directly applicable without making it feel like a 'task'. PVH Play encourages you to take that leap and gear up for the jump: 'The next return to store customers is yours, and ... GO! '

Part of the team

The Social Timeline offers space to ask questions to your colleagues and enables peer learning. It is also a real atmosphere maker, which strengthens the team spirit. During the lockdown periods, the social feed helped to keep everyone’s spirits up. It also encourages learning on PVH Play: encouraging managers to view new content and come up with their own creative ideas, such as polls or team challenges.

Users can now only communicate within their team, but in the future you will also be able to connect with other stores.
