Picnic's cheerful electric vehicles have become a permanent feature on our streets. You use their app to order your shopping, which is then delivered to your door. No delivery charges, just a smile. Speed is the key word for the online supermarket, and not just on the busy work floor. In the space of 5 years, Picnic experienced exponential growth from 30 to 6,000 employees. And in partnership with TinQwise, they built their new online Academy in just 6 weeks. That very high speed of work and growth was also Picnic's challenge.
