Our company is growing quickly, but still doesn’t have good onboarding for new employees. Devise an innovative introduction programme so that new employees all over the world understand, use and – in particular – promote and appreciate our corporate culture. Because we want to have all of those newbies up & running as soon as possible.

An onboarding programme that guides employees for four months. In the shape of mini games and e-learning up to and including quick tips. The right information at the right time. Dealing with all aspects of the company, from marketing to HR. So you have a personal guide for four months.

Learning format

We’re ‘all for' online learning, but believe that a combination often produces better results. The mix with classical training is well known, but we’re also fans of combinations of online learning with online coaching, virtual classrooms, training actors or even parties or events!
