Work on TinQwise Newbies is in full swing
How can I make sure that our new colleagues have a good start? To make this happen, we have been creating tailor-made onboarding journeys with great enthusiasm for many years for companies and brands like Hunkemöller, Tommy Hilfiger, Debuut, Randstad, and Young Capital. In every case, the concept, content, and look & feel are unique, customised to the respective company. In fact, we have been quite successful at it.
What is the common denominator of these solutions? What causes the new colleagues to be really on board? What makes them feel happy and be able to use their talents quickly?
The answer: they are offered a special experience that is in line with their emotions. For everybody, from seasoned professionals to recently graduated employees in their first job, emotion comes into play. It always does. New employees want to feel at home. They want to feel comfortable, get to know their new colleagues and be noticed, so that they can be confident and sufficiently at ease to make a useful contribution. This cannot be achieved merely by ‘Here is your desk, here is your laptop, and these are your login details. Good luck.’ A comprehensive experience should be provided, one by which the energy of new employees is retained.
